Rapid response for emergency shutdown

Corrosion can strike at any time and will wreak havoc in chemical, pharmaceutical and many other processing environments. The failure of even a relatively insignificant item such as a spool piece or dip pipe can cause a shutdown of a complete plant and the waste of sometimes thousands of pounds in lost production time. In such circumstances the need for a rapid replacement of equipment is paramount. FEP Shelman specialise in quick delivery of replacement equipment, which is protected by the ultimate in chemically resistant coverings; Fluoroplastic. Using PTFE, FEP, ECTFE and PVDF all of which exhibit excellent chemical resistance, FEP Shelman can provide fully protected accessories often within hours, allowing the plant to become operational again with the minimum of delay.
