Fitting the Sleeve to the Roller

A lifting pole is required to support the roller while the sleeve is slipped over the roller.

Shrinking down the Sleeve & Stretching

Working from one end to the other, shrink the sleeve using a high powered hot air gun.

The sleeve will grow in length during shrinkage. For larger diameter sleeves we recommend the use of a stretcher to provide tension as the sleeve shrinks, to prevent wrinkles.

Completion Of Shrink Down

The Sleeve can either be trimmed flush or shrunk over the ends of the roller.
